Andrew Amis

Andrew Amis is Professor of Orthopaedic Biomechanics and head of the Medical Engineering group, based at the Mechanical Engineering and Orthopaedic Surgery Departments of Imperial College London.

He has worked in orthopaedic biomechanics for more than thirty years and has published extensively, largely relating to Sports Knee problems and development of joint replacements. He has widespread collaborations with surgeons and industry, and welcomes new project ideas!
