
Vladimir Bobic has over 15 years of extensive experience in all aspects of knee surgery.
He is founder of the Liverpool Knee Service and former full-time knee surgeon at The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals (1996 - 2002). He also specialises in medico-legal aspects of work and sports related knee injuries.
Vladimir is a dedicated teacher and a sought after lecturer throughout the world. Since 1996 he has given over 160 lectures on knee surgery at major international and national conferences. He has published over 40 articles on knee articular cartilage injury, repair and imaging.
Vladimir is involved in international, collaborative clincal and basic science research related to knee articular cartilage imaging, repair, rehabilitation and functional outcomes. He has ten years experience in clincal and arthroscopic imaging, including digital imaging and video editing, and six years experience in clinical and MR digital imaging of articular cartilage. He is a founder and former chairman of the ICRS Articular Cartilage Imaging Committee.
